Not a Contractor
Peak Standard Dry Co is a lead-generation and referral service. We do not perform restoration, repair, or remediation work ourselves. When you contact us, we connect you with an independent, third-party restoration contractor to perform the requested services. That contractor, not Peak Standard Dry Co, is solely responsible for the work performed, including but not limited to the quality, safety, timeliness, pricing, licensing, insurance coverage, and any warranties related to the job. Peak Standard Dry Co makes no representations or warranties regarding the contractor's work and disclaims all liability arising from services performed by the contractor. Any disputes regarding pricing, workmanship, insurance claims, or property damage should be directed to the performing contractor.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Peak Standard Dry Co, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising out of your use of this site or the services performed by any independent contractor connected through this site. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms is limited to the greater of one hundred U.S. dollars ($100) or the amount you paid to Peak Standard Dry Co, if any, in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the States of Georgia and South Carolina, matching our Savannah-Beaufort service area, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of the site shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Chatham County, Georgia or Beaufort County, South Carolina, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
